Océ Radiant Fusing
Océ Radiant Fusing é um método de fusão amigo do ambiente que oferece uma disponibilidade instantânea da máquina, sem tempo de aquecimento. Consome menos energia e emite níveis de ruído e ozono mais reduzidos comparando com outros métodos de fusão. Além dos benefícios ambientais, oferece também uma qualidade incrível e consistente. Durante o processo de Radiant Fusing, o toner derrete e é fundido no suporte através do aquecimento proveniente de uma grelha de fios, sem distorcer a imagem.

How the technology works?
The following process occurs in the Radiant Fusing method:
- Toner is placed on the media
- The media is passed over a grid/array of heated wires. The grid of wires used in the Radiant Fusing method heat and cool quickly similar to a toaster. Conventional technologies use heated fuser rollers that require extensive warm-up time or high levels of energy consumption to keep them hot while waiting for prints in stand-by/ready mode.
- Heat passes through the media and the toner virtually melts into the media. Since the media does not run through pressure and heated fuser rollers, there is minimal image distortion providing sharp image quality.
